Please note that all flights to and from New Zealand connect through Australia. The Australian immigration authorities require citizens of some countries to have a transit visa when connecting through Australia. Please check if you require an Australian transit visa and ensure that you obtain it prior to departure. For connections that have an overnight stay in Australia, you`ll be required to exit the airport overnight and collect your baggage.
Kindly go through the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you read, understand and expressly agree to all the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the bookings you make with our Travel Consultants (in- branch, over the phone and email) or online on Mann Travel website.
Please ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the date of your return and that the first name and surname that you provide for your reservation are exactly the same as they appear on your passport. Amendment fees apply to all name changes and sometimes incur cancellation and re-booking fees. When assisting with an international travel booking, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid passport .Please check your visa condition and passport status before you fly to your destinations even in course of transit. Any fines, penalties,payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. We do not advise on any sort of visa information about any country.
We recommend that you confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations. For Special request (hotel confirmation, meal and seat preference, special assistance, wheelchair request) are subject to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm from agency at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Airfares quoted are subject to change, withdrawal or alteration by airlines without notice, prior to the final ticketing process being completed. Mann Travel is not liable for the cancellation of any services, or bankruptcy by third company providers, including all airlines. Mann Travel is not responsible for any baggage damage, loss or Inflight services during your journey. All these matters need to address directly to Airlines.
A frequent flyer program (FFP) is a loyalty program offered by an airline. Points earned under FFPs may be based on the class of fare, distance flew on that airline or its partners, or the amount paid. Mann Travel will only add your membership number to the booking (only if asked and provided by you) but Mann travel is not responsible for Frequent Flyer redemption or if airlines provide any credit for your booking. All these matters need to address directly to Airlines.
Please check and confirm the baggage allowance on your booked fare, before ticket confirmation.Baggage allowance varies from airline to airline and sector. General rules of baggage allowance:
*Charges will be applicable for additional baggage.
*Infants are allowed to carry only 10 kg for international long haul trip and nil baggage for short haul flights.
*Some airlines do allow 30 kg. Please ask your travel consultant before making a reservation.
* Number of baggage pieces varies from airline to airline.

It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to departure to ensure there is no change to the schedule departure time. We are made aware of any such changes but will not be liable for any costs incurred if the contact has not been made.
STPC/Free hotel accommodation ( If applicable in Fare rules ) in transit country are subject to confirmation Mann Travel will not be responsible for any Non-Confirmation of hotel accommodation in the case of long transit hours. We advise rechecking your flight timings, layover time in transit country and visa conditions of the transit country.
Mann Travel strongly recommends travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances throughout your journey.
Any taxes or charges imposed by government or airport authorities are payable by passengers. These are either included in the fare amount or to be paid upon arrival or departure in local currency at the airport of arrival or departure.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold all valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other requirements of the countries you are travelling to. You may refuse entry into a country if you do not have the required or valid travel documents. Mann Travel and our reservation staff will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of your not having the required or valid travel documents.
Please check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are scheduled to visit.. It is your own responsibility to ensure all travellers have valid passports. Any penalties or extra costs incurred if any documents are not accepted by any authorities will be your responsibility. Entry Requirements to the USA ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) Guidelines: The Government of the United States of America has announced new and more detailed immigration and entry procedures for all travellers who are not citizens of the USA or Canada. If you are eligible, you can apply for and obtain approval under the Visa Waiver Program; or if you are not eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, you must apply for and obtain a visa as per the usual USA visa process. If you wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program, you must "pre-register" your intention to enter the USA at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. If you do not obtain approval to travel by one of the above mechanisms, you will not be able to board your flight to the USA. Please visit USA ESTA for more information.
Credit card surcharges apply when paying by credit card. In the event that payment has been made to Mann Travel by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to claim back from Mann Travel any credit card surcharges.
If any ticket has been issued that requires a change, for example to a date, a reissue fee will apply, at a fee of NZD 110.00 per change plus consolidator fee of NZD 45.00 any reissue fee, fare difference, tax difference payable to the airline. If travel has commenced and ticket requires reissue, airlines may charge additional fees and taxes, or local office fees. Mann Travel fee & Supplier charges may vary and increase up to NZD 300 depending upon the complexity of the ticket.
All cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the airlines booked for services. After confirmation, any cancellation of any component of your travel flight will incur a minimum of NZD 150.00 per person as cancellation fee levied by Mann Travel Ltd , consolidator fee of NZD 45 plus any cancellation fee imposed by the Airlines. Mann Travel cancellation fee/Consolidator fee may vary depending upon the airline,time& efforts spent in processing the refund application. Infant tickets are always non-refundable in all circumstances. Domestic tickets and Tickets issued on Low-Cost carriers are non-refundable and non-changeable. If the cancellation is due to the schedule change/flight cancellation by Airline, then Mann travel and supplier cancellation fee of NZD 75.00 per person/ticket is applicable plus any cancellation fee imposed by the airline. Mann Travel fee & Supplier charges may vary and increase up to NZD 300 depending upon the complexity of the ticket.
* Please note cancellation fee needs to pay in advance in case of bookings paid through credit card.
Your request for a refund of a booked airfare is governed by the terms and conditions of the airline from which you have purchased the airfare and is made or not made as determined by the airline. Many fares are non-refundable. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare. Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for a refund to the date you are provided with your refund may take up to 12 weeks. The airline may take more than 12 weeks in same cases. Mann Travel is not liable for any refund amount if it has been delayed from Airline. Refund will not be provided until refund has been received from supplier/airline.
Booking Fee of $50.00 per traveller applies to hold the reservation and is non-refundable. If passengers wish to adjust the deposit fee then it would be adjusted within 30 days of initial booking for the same passenger.
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services are governed by the laws of the state of Auckland, New Zealand. Any disputes or issues needs to settle to the jurisdiction of the court of Auckland.
I,or on behalf of traveller, agree that the above dates and time are correct. My name and/or name of travellers are as it appears on the passport. I am aware of all fare rules and conditions. I must reconfirm my flights 72 hours prior to departure.

This policy is applicable to our websites, promotions, email communications, log-in accounts and any other services operated by us .We are firmly committed to guarding the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. You concur to this privacy policy on how we handle you personal information by providing your personal information to us (or allowing another person to do it on your behalf). If you disagree with any part of this Privacy Policy then you must not provide your personal information to us as a result of which we will not be able to offer our services to you.

In some circumstances, when a third person is making travel arrangements on your behalf it becomes necessary for us to collect your information. We pre assume that it is done by your consent. Inform us immediately if you get to know that this information has been provided to us without your prior consent.
We collect all the necessary information required to facilitate your travel booking i.e. your name, telephone number, e-mail address, residential address, mailing address, credit card details, passport details, information related to your dietary requirements and health issues you are facing (if any) or other details related to your travel process. Under some circumstances such as when you are submitting a feedback, participating in a survey or competition, we may collect your personal information. Under some rare circumstances, we may collect your personal information regarded as sensitive information. We will collect it only with your consent.
The primary purpose of collecting your personal information is to assist you with your travel arrangements or other related processes. However, it may differ on circumstances as disclosed in the policy. We may use your information to inform you about the ongoing promotions (related to Mann Travel and its other bodies ) via e-mail but you can opt out from it anytime by clicking on to the unsubscribe link. We may also use your information in market research, analyze trends, gauge customer satisfaction and seek feedback, accounting and other purposes permitted by law. We may need to disclose your personal information if requested by a governmental or law enforcement authority for any reason. Such reasons may include: fraud or bring legal action against someone who may be causing, or who may be threatening to cause interference with, or damage to our rights, or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities, this includes breaking the Law.
